Job: Software Engineer
Started playing: After USA world cup, nothing to do of an evening so picked up guitar to kill time. Wish I'd done it when I was younger.
Main gear: Guitars... Taylor 410ce, Seagull 6 string, Crafter 6 string, Squire Telecaster, Washburn XB125 bass and Danelectro Longhorn Pro bass. Amps... Laney AC30c for the acoustics, Peavy 60w Bass amp, Pod2 for the electric and a Smokey fag packet amp for travelling. Recording... Apple eMac running Logic, with Motu828 sound interface. JoeMeek and LA Audo mic pre-amps. There are other outboard units I have but I rarely use them, preferring to do everything inside Logic. Also have a Yamaha P80 piano which I play badly, and a Sax which does a good impression of the QE2 in Southampton docks.
