Started playing: Well twice really. Once in my early twenties when I really enjoyed listening to classical guitar and took lessons for a while, but didn't do the practice, and it was too much like hard work. Gave up. Second time in July 1999 when I traded in the classical guitar for a steel strung. Now play(??) in a band. Want to be a good solid rhythm player.
Main gear: Fender GC23S small-bodied acoustic; Yamaha Pacifica 312 (first series); Laney LC15R; Seiko electronic tuner; tuning fork; ooh, and a Fender guitar stand! Hering Blues harmonica in C.
Favourite music: The Beatles, Kinks, Roy Orbison, Eric Clapton and some I daren't mention, though suffice to say I have extremely wide musical tastes.
